Thanks and then much for this. I had to supersede mine and the actual kitchenaide site screwed it all up and left me scratching my noggin. He had the thumb activated adjustor on the wrong side AND he did not put the metal edge of the vertical part of the metal into the groove on the biggest plastic function. I can't believe the incompetence. Your video was spot on perfect. Thanks. It was so easy with good instructions.
